Safety should be boring.
Checklists, not heroes. A safety system that depends on someone being extraordinary will fail on an ordinary day.
Youth sport, safe by default, not by luck, and not by heroics.
We see a world where youth sport is safe by default: where protection does not depend on who remembered, who volunteered, or who could afford it, and where the systems that keep young athletes safe work quietly, everywhere, whether or not anyone is watching.
To give every youth sports organization, from a 200-family club to a national governing body, the safeguarding capability of a professional institution, at near-zero cost and near-zero effort, in every jurisdiction it operates.
Every sport has its own rules. Every province changes them. SportsX reads all of it, turns it into a checklist a volunteer can actually finish, and writes the proof as the work gets done. The association can see it. The insurer can price it. A parent can ask, and get a real answer. The club is still the one responsible. We just make that cheap to do, and automatic to prove.
“My daughter was a figure skater. Her club asked every family for fifteen volunteer hours a year, so I was often at the rink, around a group of young teens whose parents dropped them off and left. Nobody has ever asked me for a background check. I build compliance software for youth sports. Even I was never screened.”
“For years, I was the guardian for young athletes living far from home. Joint injuries, head injuries, stitches, MRIs, rehab, bullying. Every time, I was the one who got the call, and the one who walked the whole recovery with them.”
The system only ever showed up after. That's why we exist: to make it show up before.
Checklists, not heroes. A safety system that depends on someone being extraordinary will fail on an ordinary day.
Every effort earns its place by moving protection earlier. If it only helps after something has happened, it isn't ours to build.
We're the record layer. The same proof protects everyone at once: the child, the parent, the coach, the club, and the association.

Founder & CEO
Over twenty years in sports technology, more than ten in youth sport, showed Temple how systemic the gaps are. He volunteered at his daughter's skating club, surrounded by young teens, and was never once screened. He builds youth sport infrastructure to the standard he wants for his own kids.
